The purpose of this church shall be to worship God, to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, and to celebrate the Sacraments; to promote the Christian fellowship and unity within this church and the Church Universal; to render loving service toward mankind; and to strive for righteousness, justice and peace.  To these ends, the congregation shall provide suitable church, chapel, and related facilities; disseminate religious and moral instruction and establish, maintain and conduct educational opportunities for such purposes; practice loving service toward the needy, both at home and abroad; support such benevolent, charitable and philanthropic activities as may from time to time be deemed desirable.
